Leaving work and the week behind you, you make your way up to the heavenly location of Les Roches Spa, nestled in the heart of St Ouen, Jersey...a sacred place of stillness and well being.

Greeted with a warm welcome, you are handed your towel, robe and slippers for the evening and invited to melt into the nurturing environment that will be your personal haven for the next 3 hours.

By 6.00pm, work is a distant memory as you help yourself to herbal tea, water and slices of fresh tropical fruit whilst sliding from the lounger to the pool, dipping in and out of the jacuzzi and stretching out in the sauna. |
