Meditation allows us to let go of the effects of daily stresses and tension, bringing about a sense of deep calm and well-being. Regular practice cultivates a quiet and still space within, allowing the inherent healing mechanisms of the body to surface.
An indepth introduction to the foundations of Meditation & Relaxation, this 5 week course (5 x 90min classes) covers:
· Breath Awareness Techniques
· Deep Body Relaxation + Posture Awareness
· Mindfulness Techniques
· Grounding + Centering Exercises
· Power Words + Affirmations
· Guided Meditations + Sensory Visualization
